The Baroness' boyfriend is a big guy with a metal face. A metal face that never opens of is taken off, or has the ability to open even the mouth portion on. Let's not question how he eats, but instead let's ask how he "eats". The simple answer is he doesn't. That's obviously going to be frustrating to the Baroness, but Destro is a complete psychopath. Not someone you want to piss off, so out theory is that when the Baroness needs to get her pussy ate, she gets one of the no name faceless Cobra soldiers to do the work for her. If she gets caught she says they used some kind of pheromone on her, Destro kills the no-name guy, and she gets away with it Scott free. Maybe we just think to much about this shit.
